Maintain top-quality food standards, taste consistency, and hygiene practices. Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team. Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and control food costs. Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes. Contribute to recipe development and menu innovation. ✅ Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role (restaurant or hotel). Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine. Team leadership, time management, and multitasking skills.
