Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining hygiene and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute menus with a focus on quality and presentation
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
Maintain inventory, food costs, and minimize waste
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Collaborate with management for food promotions and special events
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
5+ years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership, time management, and creativity
Knowledge of Indian and international cuisines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
