Job Description:
Banerjee Inn is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie (Tandoor) with proven expertise in Tandoor cuisine preparation and presentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoor dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present tandoor dishes to high standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
• Manage ingredients, stock, and assist in food costing.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Prior proven experience as a Chef De Partie / Tandoor Specialist.
• Strong skills in tandoor cooking techniques and presentation.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
