Chef de Partie

Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)Location: Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar, Meerut – Uttar PradeshDepartment: KitchenExperience Required: 2–5 years in a similar roleRoles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., Continental, Chinese, Indian, Tandoor, or Bakery) and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to brand standards and recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Train and guide Commis and junior staff in food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and hygiene according to FSSAI and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and improve menu offerings.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain cost efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen section at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with service staff for smooth food service during peak hours.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, especially during rush hours or bulk orders.
