Chef de Partie-Indian

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie specializing in Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will manage a specific section of the kitchen, expertly prepare Indian dishes, and maintain the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian dishes in your designated kitchen section (e.g., curries, tandoor, breads, or regional specialities).
• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation in all dishes.
• Assist in menu planning with the Executive Chef, incorporating seasonal and regional ingredients.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in your section.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of ingredients, including spices and perishables.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and compliance with food regulations.
• Innovate and contribute to new Indian recipes while maintaining authenticity.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a CDP in Indian cuisine in hotels, fine dining restaurants, or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of regional Indian cooking techniques and traditional spices.
• Ability to maintain quality under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Leadership skills to manage junior kitchen staff effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
