Chef de Partie Continental

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Continental cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen efficiently, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes in line with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef.
• Manage a designated section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry, etc.) and ensure all mise-en-place is prepared.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Monitor food stock and communicate requirements to the Sous Chef.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your section at all times.
• Assist in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Train and supervise commis chefs and junior staff within your section.
• Ensure timely service and smooth communication with the service team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a CDP or Demi CDP, preferably in a continental kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or relevant professional certification.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.).
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for cooking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hotels, fine dining, or high-end restaurants.
• Food safety certification.
• Basic computer skills (for stock and recipe management, if applicable).

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically demanding role; must be able to stand for long periods and lift weights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
