Chef de Partie-Continental

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (Continental Cuisine) to join our culinary team. The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality continental dishes, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation standards. This role requires creativity, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook continental dishes as per menu specifications and standards.
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs in daily operations.
• Ensure mise en place is ready for service.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control in all dishes.
• Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new menu items.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Control wastage, manage stock rotation, and assist with inventory checks.
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle special requests and dietary requirements professionally.
• Support the team in banquets, events, and high-volume service when required.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years as a CDP / Demi CDP specializing in Continental cuisine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
