Job Description:
Banerjee Inn is hiring an experienced Chef De Partie (Chinese Cuisine) with expertise in authentic Chinese food preparation and presentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, consistency, and ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present Chinese dishes with authentic taste and style.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
• Manage ingredients, stock levels, and support food costing.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie / Specialist in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong culinary skills in Chinese cooking methods and presentation.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
