Dass Continental is a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, delivering premium hospitality and authentic dining experiences. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie – South Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team and showcase excellence in traditional and modern South Indian dishes.

Role Overview:

The CDP – South will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic South Indian cuisine with consistency and creativity. The role demands expertise in South Indian dishes, strong kitchen management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian vegetarian & non-vegetarian dishes.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation to 4-star standards.
• Supervise commis chefs and support staff in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper stock control, storage, and minimal food wastage.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in menu planning, food festivals, and special promotions.
• Ensure timely preparation and smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDP in South Indian Cuisine (hotel or reputed restaurant).
• Strong expertise in South Indian dishes and cooking techniques.
• Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management preferred.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and guide junior staff.
• Team player with strong time management and communication skills.
