Role Overview: You will be responsible for resolving queries through chat in a BPO/Call center/Voice/Chat environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working any 9-hour shift or a 24/7 shift, which may include night shifts. The working schedule consists of 5 days with 2 rotational offs. Transportation is provided till home for convenience. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve queries through chat in a BPO/Call center/Voice/Chat environment - Work any 9-hour shift or a 24/7 shift, including night shifts - Follow a working schedule of 5 days with 2 rotational offs Qualifications Required: - HSC/Graduate fresher or minimum of 6 months to 1+ years of experience in BPO/Call center/Voice/Chat - Excellent English communication skills - Comfortable with working 9-hour shifts or 24/7 shifts, including night shifts Please note that the salary for this position will be based on your English communication abilities and relevant experience.
