Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work on international non-voice processes for clients based in different countries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to understand diverse accents and languages.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as per business requirements.
