Chat Support Executive

You are invited to join Grace Staffing Services as a Customer Service Executive for the chat process. In this role, you will be providing assistance to international customers, predominantly from the US, via live chat. The position entails flexibility for night shifts and working on a rotational shift basis. Your primary responsibilities will include offering efficient and friendly chat support to customers, resolving their issues and inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. It will be essential to meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. To be eligible for this role, you should be at least an HSC or Graduate, with HSC candidates requiring 6 months to 1 year of experience in international customer service. Strong written communication skills in English are a must, along with a willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts. Transportation for pick-up and drop-off will be provided, and you must possess all relevant documents including ID proof and education certificates.
