Job Title: Chat Support Executive (Fresher)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat Support Executives. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about helping customers, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to build a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time assistance to customers through the company’s chat platform.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Use product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions and using our services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and escalate complex issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, based on business needs.
