Chat Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support through voice and non-voice channels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing customer support to clients via both voice and non-voice methods. - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met. - Achieving assigned targets within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards. - Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the client's products and services. - Accurately logging all interactions using established processes and tools. - Providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers. - Demonstrating the ability to identify solutions based on established procedures. - For non-voice profiles, having a good typing speed is essential. In addition, individuals with experience in various customer-facing roles such as customer care specialist, call center representative, customer service manager, and others are encouraged to apply.
