As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through both voice and non-voice channels. Your primary goal will be to interact with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to achieve assigned targets within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. While a background in customer service is preferred, freshers with a strong command of the English language are also encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include acquiring in-depth product knowledge, logging customer interactions accurately, and identifying solutions based on established procedures. For non-voice profiles, a good typing speed is required to maintain productivity levels.
