Job Description

As an Executive Operation Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via calls. Your duties will include handling customer queries, managing and maintaining clients, meeting customer expectations, and fulfilling any other assigned tasks. It is essential to be able to answer servicing questions promptly and effectively, ensuring quality and politeness in every call throughout the day. The shift timings for this role are as follows: - Morning shift: 6am to 2.30pm - Afternoon shift: 1pm to 9.30pm - Night shift: 10pm to 6.30am Candidates applying for this position should be comfortable working in all or at least 2 of the aforementioned shifts, as these will be pre-defined. Additional allowances will be provided for those working in rotational shifts. The salary for this position ranges between 16 to 25k CTC. This is a full-time job with the following schedule options: - Day shift - Morning shift - Night shift - Rotational shift The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location for this position is in person.,
