Chat Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chat Executive to join our International BPO team in Ambala Cantt. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in providing chat-based customer support to international clients. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, resolving queries in real-time, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve processes
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution

Proven experience in chat support/customer service (International BPO)Excellent written communication skillsComfortable with night shifts
