Job Description

Chartered Engineer - Civil

Job Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Note:

Chartered Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and design for projects.
Review and certify designs and reports prepared by others.
Prepare engineering reports, plans, tender documents, and assess tenders.
Use CAD and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D Model) to develop project designs.
Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
Administer contracts and observe construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and legal standards.
Submit permit applications and manage regulatory approvals.
Regular update on project progress and gather feedback.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
Raise invoices and manage project budgets and timelines.
Lead and mentor junior engineers.
Promote business growth through engagement and networking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (required); Masters degree preferred.
Licensure:
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience in project design, development and project management.
Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D Model
Good knowledge of construction and engineering principles
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in Telugu and English
