Key Responsibilities

Accounts Finalisation & Audit

  • Lead book closure in compliance with Ind AS.
  • Finalise standalone financial statements, coordinate with statutory auditors.
  • Review ledgers, trial balances, provisions, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Ensure Companies Act, 2013 compliance including necessary disclosures and filings.
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including board resolutions, maintenance of statutory registers, financial disclosures, annual filings with MCA.

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

  • Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return, and ITC reconciliation.
  • Oversee TDS deductions, returns, and income tax compliance including tax audits.
  • Coordinate with consultants for assessments, notices & tax litigations.
  • Ensure timely tax provisioning and support audit processes.

Overseas Subsidiary Accounts Control (Spain, Italy, UAE)

  • Coordinate monthly financial reporting from overseas entities.
  • Consolidate group-level financials with accurate inter-company reconciliations.
  • Review financials (P&L, balance sheets, cash flows) and manage forex adjustments.
  • Work with overseas accountants and auditors to ensure basic compliance and reporting accuracy.

FEMA & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI regulations including ODI, FLA, and APR filings.
  • Maintain documentation of cross-border investments, loans, and transactions.
  • Liaise with external consultants for regulatory filings and support
