Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced CA to join our fintech team, responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing financial accounts, and providing strategic financial guidance.
- Manage financial accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Conduct audits and provide financial insights
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Qualified CA with a strong understanding of financial regulations
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fintech or a related industry
- Certification in financial analysis or risk management (e.g., CFA, FRM)
- Familiarity with blockchain, AI, or machine learning
