We have urgent opening for Receptionist (Female) at Xphere Group, Location Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. Position : Receptionist (Female) Experience: 2-5 year Education: Graduate Roles & Responsibilities Greeting & welcome the guest. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Transferring calls as necessary. Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail. Maintaining Inward and Outward register. Handling Couriers (Incoming and Outgoing) Prepare/Maintaining extension list of users and provide as and when required. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area Skill · Excellent verbal communication. · Good telephone communication etiquette. · Must be presentable. · Active listener. · Fast and eager learner.
