Job Description

Lead the team for all the Government administrative work
Manage audits under both Direct and Indirect Taxation
Transfer Pricing: maintaining documentation on inter-company transactions and facilitating collation of data for preparation of TP documentation
Litigation: Assisting in collation, analysis and review of data required during assessment proceedings/ appeals
Internal Control over financial reporting ICFR
Assist with tax process improvements projects, which may include software implementation, automation, or workpaper improvement and ongoing continuous process improvement
Proactively identifying and facilitating necessary process and technology modifications resulting from tax law or regulatory changes, etc.
Develop and deliver end user training and maintain user documentation of all trainings in latest technologies
Thorough knowledge of Direct Tax with special focus on setting up of foreign subsidiaries in SEZ/IT Park.
Knowledge on FDI and FEMA Compliance
Advice client on Tax planning
Advice on Import / Export documents
Practical Knowledge of IND AS and IFRS
