If you are a seasoned finance professional with a passion for equity markets and a strong grasp of taxation and compliance, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee Equity or Equity Research related financial matters. - Handle all aspects of Direct and Indirect Taxation, ensuring compliance and efficiency. - Expertly manage Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, including for Individuals and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Exposure in Capital Gain Tax Calculation is must. - Ensure adherence to all Company Statutory Compliance requirements. - Oversee comprehensive Accounting & Finance functions. What Will Set You Apart: - Proven experience of 8+ years in a relevant finance role. - Strong understanding of equity markets and/or equity research processes. - In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws and regulations. - Hands-on experience in filing ITRs for individuals and NRIs. - Familiarity with company statutory compliance requirements. - Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial management. - Prior experience in the share market will be considered a significant advantage.
