As a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 years of experience, you have the opportunity to join the fast-growing and forward-thinking team at UBG & Company. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Audit including AS/IND-AS, Internal & Statutory Audits - Handling Direct Tax tasks such as Compliance, Planning, and Assessments - Managing GST related activities including Return filing, Advisory, and Litigation - Providing Accounting Advisory services like Consolidation of accounts, preparation of listed company financials, strategic accounting matters - Offering Consulting services including SOP Design, Process Automation, and Strategic Inputs Qualifications Required: - Self-learner who takes initiative without waiting for instructions - Driven individual with a hunger for growth - Ability to multitask efficiently, even during last-minute revisions - Willingness to learn through hands-on experience, not just observation Location: The role is based in Mumbai Office, emphasizing face-to-face collaboration and real team chemistry.
