Chartered Accountant (ICAI)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm.

Core Responsibilities:

• Audit & Assurance:
• Lead and execute statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and annexures in accordance with the Companies Act, ICAI pronouncements, and other applicable standards.
• Sound knowledge of ICAI pronouncements on Accounting and Auditing Standards.
• Taxation:
• Direct Taxation:
• Handle personal and corporate income tax matters, including tax planning, computation of advance tax, and filing of income tax returns (ITR).
• Handle scrutiny assessments, appeals, and other tax-related communication with tax authorities.
• Indirect Taxation (GST):
• Handle all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including GST registration, monthly/quarterly return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), and annual return filing (GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C).
• Conduct GST audits and provide advisory services on GST-related matters to clients.
• Compliance:
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements to provide proactive advice to clients.
• Advisory:
• Provide expert advice to clients on complex financial and tax matters.
• Assist clients with financial and tax planning strategies to optimize their business operations.
• Client Management:
• Communicate complex financial and tax information to clients clearly and concisely.
• Team Leadership:
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and articles.
• Passionate and experience in review the work of team members to ensure accuracy and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
