Position: CA- CHARTERED ACOUNTANT

EXP: 5 YEARS MINIMUM ( HAVING EXPERIENCE FROM REAL ESTATE WILL BE ADED ADVANTAGE)

We are looking for a well qualified experienced CA having minimum experience of 5 to 9 years in Real Estate/Construction/ property Industry, as a very senior person, capable to handle construction accounts

1) Ensuring books of accounts (GL, receivables and payables) are properly maintained

2) Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors and resolving their queries

3) Ensuring proper closure of books, preparing and finalizing financial statements

4) Ensuring all statutory compliances especially direct and indirect tax ones are met

5) Managing funds and investing surplus funds in the right investment opportunities

6) Processing payments approved by the management

7) Monitoring customer collections and following up with CRM for the same

8) Preparing MIS as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) 5-8 years

2) Worked in SAP environment

3) Strong analytical thinking

4) Sound knowledge of accounting standards, direct and indirect tax provisions

5) Currently working in the accounts function of a real estate sector with total experience in real estate being at least 5-6 years Involved in SAP development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
