About the Role:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee revenue recognition, cost allocations, and reconciliation of vendor, customer, and bank accounts.
• Ensure financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards and company policy.

2. Budgeting, Cost Control & Analysis

• Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets for multiple branches and cost centers.
• Analyze transport, warehousing, fuel, and operational costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support management with financial projections and cost-efficiency strategies.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Manage all statutory filings including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and professional tax.
• Handle audits and respond to notices from authorities.
• Stay updated on tax implications related to logistics and warehousing operations.

4. Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure timely audit closure.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvement measures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping as per audit standards.

5. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor receivables, payables, and fund utilization across branches.
• Manage vendor and client payment cycles to optimize working capital.
• Liaise with banks for credit lines, LC/BG issuance, and fund requirements.

6. Management Reporting & MIS

• Prepare and present monthly MIS and Department/branch-wise financial performance reports.
• Analyze profitability by route, customer, and service segment.
• Provide insights to management for decision-making on operations and business strategy.

7. ERP / SAP & Process Automation

• Manage SAP/ERP financial modules for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives in finance for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with

  3 -7 years of post-qualification experience

  , preferably in

  logistics or service-based industries

  .
• Strong understanding of

  financial accounting, taxation, and audit principles

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP / Tally / ERP systems

  and

  advanced Excel

  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multi-branch operations and dynamic work environments.
