Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Lead and manage statutory audit, internal audit, tax audits, and related financial processes.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS, GST filings).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Analyze financial data to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Implement and improve internal controls, systems, and processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional departments.
  • Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and management presentations.
