AKCJ Ventures is a multi-disciplinary firm offering end-to-end expertise across: 💼 Family Office Advisory 📈 Wealth Management Advisory 🤝 Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting 🧠 Strategic & Business Advisory Services 🚀 Startups Mentoring & Fund-Raising Services As we expand our vision, we’re building a team of sharp thinkers, trusted advisors, and execution-focused professionals who can operate across sectors and strategies with integrity, discretion, and foresight. 👤 Who We're Looking For: Experienced and discreet Chartered Accountants with strong knowledge in: 📑 Income Tax Advisory & Compliance • In-depth knowledge of Indian Income Tax laws • Strategic advice on complex taxation matters 🏛 Trusts & Estate Structuring • Set up and manage private/charitable/offshore trusts • Draft trust deeds in collaboration with legal experts • Ensure compliance under IT, FEMA, FCRA 📜 Succession & Estate Planning • Draft wills, family constitutions, shareholding agreements • Assist in inheritance execution and governance structures 🕊 Family Settlements & Dispute Advisory • Mediate settlements over ownership, control, and assets • Financial advisory during realignments and demergers 📌 Qualifications: ✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience ✅ Exposure to family offices or wealth advisory firms 📍 Location: Connaught Place, Delhi 🕰 Work Hours: Mon–Fri | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM 📄 Commitment: Full-time Show more Show less
