Chartered Accountant

About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality tax and financial consulting services to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct and indirect taxation, audit processes, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities: Tax Advisory & Consultation: Provide personalized tax optimization strategies to HNI clients. Resolve queries related to Income Tax Returns (ITR), tax planning, and compliance. Compliance & Filings: Assist in monthly book closures and reconciliation. Support in preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliance activities. Aid in the completion of tax audits and statutory audits. Audit & Controls: Assist in conducting internal audits and implementing audit recommendations. Help in setting up and strengthening Internal Financial Controls (IFC) across functions. Fundraising Support: Prepare financial data books and other documentation for fundraising efforts. Collaborate with the finance team and external stakeholders during due diligence.
