Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Chargeback Specialist to manage and resolve disputed transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will analyze chargeback claims, identify root causes, and ensure timely follow-up to minimize financial risk and maintain strong client relationships.
🔹 Responsibilities:•Review and resolve chargeback cases accurately and efficiently•Investigate disputes, gather evidence, and respond within deadlines•Maintain records of transactions and follow up with banks or customers•Coordinate with internal teams to minimize chargeback ratios🔹 Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance, Commerce, or related field)•1–3 years of experience in chargebacks, dispute resolution, or payment processing•Strong communication and MS Excel skills•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
