Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Channel Partners, Sales Agents, and Channel Partners to join our expanding team. As a channel partner, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers with our premium properties, driving sales through effective marketing and networking strategies. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals who love challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential buyers through leads provided by the company and your own network. Promote Sri Landstar’s properties, including Dream Town, through online and offline marketing (e.g., social media, events, referrals). Convert leads into sales by showcasing property features, amenities, and investment potential. Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners for repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on local real estate trends and comply with RERA regulations. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Tamil and English preferred. Sales acumen and a passion for connecting with clients; prior real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to build and leverage a network of customers and brokers. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Basic understanding of property documentation and government processes is a plus.
