Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager (CSM) in the Agency travel team and Tie Ups, your role will involve supervising business delivery and primarily focusing on growing the business profitably with Channel Management Agents. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the daily activities of producers to ensure a strong pipeline. - Coaching and guiding agents to cross-sell and grow the business. - Setting targets for individual agents to grow by at least 20% annually. - Ensuring the quality of applications processed. - Supporting and guiding producers in all activities related to policy services. - Training agents on products, processes, and unique selling points of the company. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium targets. - Driving sustainable profitability for the business. - Maintaining operational hygiene standards. - Recruitment and retention of agents. - Ensuring agent activation targets are met. Stakeholder Interfaces: Internal Stakeholders: - Operations (BOPs & COPs) for policy issuance. - Underwriters for risk analysis. - Finance Team for taxation matters. - Human Resources for talent management. - Training Team for employee development. - NSM/RSM/ASM for strategic input. External Stakeholders: - Agents - Brokers Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in insurance. - 3-4 years of experience leading a company/business line in Retail Sales. Education: - Any Graduation This job will provide you with the opportunity to lead a team, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
