Channel Sales Manager - Agency Health 1

As a Customer Service Manager (CSM) in our Agency travel team and Tie Ups division, your primary responsibility is to oversee business delivery and drive profitable growth with our Channel Management Agents. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the activities of producers to maintain a strong pipeline, coaching and guiding them to cross-sell and expand the business, and ensuring individual agents achieve a minimum growth of 20% annually. You will also be accountable for maintaining the quality of applications, supporting and guiding producers in policy services activities, and training agents on our products, processes, and unique selling points. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities: - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium targets - Ensuring sustainable profitability - Maintaining operational hygiene - Recruitment and retention of agents - Driving agent activation In your role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Operations (BOPs & COPs) for policy issuance, Underwriters for risk analysis, the Finance Team for tax-related matters, Human Resources for talent management, the Training Team for employee development, and NSM/RSM/ASM for strategic inputs. Externally, you will engage with Agents and Brokers to further our business objectives. To excel in this position, you should possess 1-2 years of insurance industry experience and at least 3 to 4 years of experience leading a company or business line in Retail Sales. A graduation degree in any field is required to be considered for this role.,
