About the Role:

Channel Sales Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve SIM activation targets at retail outlets.
  2. Drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product availability.
  3. Manage productivity of channel partners and distributors.
  4. Train and ensure adequate field sales executives with distributors.
  5. Ensure distributors/retailers maintain adequate stock levels.
  6. Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge and SIM selling outlets.
  7. Drive basic distribution parameters – ROI of distributors and retailers.
  8. Monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, and report to Jio Center and State S&D team.
  9. Propose initiatives for better visibility in the territory.

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
