Channel Sales Closing Manager

As a Channel Partner Sourcing Head at NK Realtors, your role involves guiding the team to identify and onboard new channel partners, developing a strong channel partner network, providing support and training to partners for ensuring success, managing the performance of existing partners, and maintaining strong relationships with partners to achieve mutual goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts, monitor industry trends and competitors, create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts, and implement channel partner programs like training, marketing, and incentives. You will also measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue, as well as identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experienced in team handling role - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good presentation skills - Good network of Real estate Channel Partners in the Hyderabad location - Strong negotiation and convincing skills - Strong objection handling skills - Ability to work independently and lead a team - Desire to learn and grow in the Real Estate sector Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of team handling experience for a team of Real Estate Channel Partners.
