About the Project

Morphisec is a cybersecurity company, specializing in advanced threat prevention. They offer a platform that utilizes Automated Moving Target Defense (AMTD) technology to protect against a wide range of threats, including ransomware, supply chain attacks, and zero-day exploits. Their focus is on stopping attacks that other security solutions might miss, without impacting system performance.

• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through indirect channels.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and regional partner ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with partners to drive joint business planning, pipeline development, and sales execution.
• Provide training and support to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support our solutions.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver partner success.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform channel strategy.
