Position: Channel Partner / Real Estate Associate

Type: Commission-Based / Partnership Model
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Real Estate Sales or Broking preferred)
Work Mode: Flexible / Field-based

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential/commercial projects of reputed developers
• Generate leads and close sales through personal network and client meetings
• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
• Conduct site visits and property showings
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain strong coordination with company sales and marketing teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales / channel partnership
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client-handling and networking ability
• Must have a smartphone laptop and means of local travel
• Knowledge of local property markets preferred
