Job Overview

We are inviting Retired Bankers, and Recovery Professionals to join as Channel Partners in our fast-growing Bank Recovery & Legal Operations Network.

As a Channel Partner, you will manage bank empanelment, case coordination, recovery operations, and local advocate network in your state. In return, you will receive 50% share of net profit from the work handled in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Get empanelled with Banks & Financial Institutions for recovery/legal work.
• Coordinate SARFAESI, DRT, NIA 138, PSSA 25, Commercial Court & Recovery suits.
• Build & manage local team of advocates, LFAs (Local Field Associates), and staff.
• Ensure timely filings, hearings, and recovery notices.
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports with Head Office.
• Represent the company/bank in local/state courts (and travel across India when required).

Candidate Profile

• Retired Bank Officers (Manager/AGM/DGM/Recovery Head) preferred.
• Senior Advocates / Legal professionals with recovery exposure may also apply.
• Strong understanding of NPA recovery, SARFAESI, and litigation procedures.
• Excellent networking with banks & courts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage operations independently.
