Role Overview:

We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager who can build, scale, and manage a high-performing partner network that drives subscriptions and revenue growth for our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners/agents/distributors in assigned territories.

Train and motivate partners to achieve daily retailer onboarding & sales targets.

Design and execute channel incentive programs to maximize partner productivity.

Drive partner teams to achieve high-volume sales closures (targeting 5+ deals per partner per day).

Build strong relationships with key partners to ensure loyalty and long-term collaboration.

Monitor partner performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to support channel sales initiatives.

Requirements:

58 years in Channel / Agency / B2B SaaS / SMB or Retail Tech Sales.

Proven track record of building and scaling a partner ecosystem in high-volume sales environments.

Strong understanding of SMB/Retail segment and channel-driven GTM models.

Excellent people skills with ability to train, motivate, and manage partner networks.

Highly target-oriented with a hustler mindset and data-driven decision-making.
