Job Description

Lead all engineering aspects of complex line localization and industrialization projects.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
Develop project plans using Work Breakdown Structures and manage schedules.
Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and coordinate product qualification and documentation.
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve design-related failures.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design, testing, and validation processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of design tools such as PDM/PLM/Creo.
Experience in product life cycle product design & development, production, costing, quality, and value engineering.
Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Proven track record of successfully launching new product development and QVE (quality value engineering) projects.
Familiarity with industrial costing and supply chain optimization.
Preferred experience in LV domain, with understanding of ACB, MCCB, MCB, CTR (overload relay, contactor, MPCB), Busways; LV panel. Deep knowledge on 2 (compulsory) or more is desirable.
Expertise in CAD tools such as PDM, Creo, and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), including tolerance stack-up analysis.
Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stack up.
Fair knowledge on manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, machining, moulding etc.) & assembly processes with decent knowledge on materials selection.
Good communication and presentation skillsboth verbal and writtenwith the ability to prepare necessary status reports and technical presentations to stakeholders.
