Change Manager - Organizational Change Consultant Level 3

Role Overview: The Red Hat IT Planning, Insights & Execution organization is seeking an experienced Change Consultant to join the team and drive adoption of strategic data and artificial intelligence (AI) priorities. As a Change Consultant, you will collaborate closely with program and project team members, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and lead change management activities for various projects and transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and implementing strategies and plans to ensure readiness and enhance adoption of large-scale, complex changes impacting a global user base. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps - Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities - Conduct change management assessments - Consult and coach project teams - Develop and execute change management plans and deliverables - Track and report issues - Establish and monitor success metrics Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in organizational change efforts - Proven understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent active listening skills - Ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences - Strong relationship-building skills - Ability to influence others and align towards common goals - Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause identification - Preferred: Technical skills related to AI, including an understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and experience with AI-driven change initiatives Additional Company Details: Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, leveraging a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
