**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Change Management expert AVP at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Crime Risk & Controls (FCR&C) team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the high standards of delivery within the team's change requirements. You will provide essential support to the operations unit, ensuring alignment with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Your role will involve identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities, creating and implementing plans to enhance these opportunities, and proactively managing areas of risk.
