As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your role will involve overseeing cash flow, project costing, and working capital to ensure the smooth execution of solar EPC projects. You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, MIS, and cost-optimization initiatives across all departments. Your duties will also include ensuring compliance with GST, ROC, audits, bank covenants, and financial regulations. Additionally, you will lead banking relationships for fund raising, OD/CC, BG/LC, and negotiate better financial terms.
