CFO Manufacturing

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee a team consisting of the Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, and Taxation/Legal Compliance Manager. Your team will comprise approximately 15 employees within the Accounts and Finance department. Your primary responsibility will involve utilizing strong finance-based analytical skills to make strategic financial decisions. You must have a track record of successfully managing audits, implementing cost reduction strategies, and establishing effective financial control systems. Experience in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity fundraising, capital markets, and public listing processes will be crucial. A key aspect of your role will be demonstrating expertise in valuation techniques and effectively managing inventory, receivables, and working capital. You will be responsible for engaging with investors, coordinating investor meetings to support fundraising activities, and fostering business growth. Additionally, you should possess in-depth knowledge of various taxation types and legal compliance requirements across different business functions. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position as a CFO. Preferred qualifications include a CA, CPA, and MBA. Ideally, you should have significant experience working in companies involved in the manufacturing of Solar Panels or Solar equipment. Exposure to light engineering industries with high-volume manufacturing operations and familiarity with production processes for machinery, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, compressors, and hydraulic or pneumatic tools/equipment will be advantageous. Previous experience in manufacturing electrical goods such as batteries, switchgear, transformers, white goods, or auto components will also be highly beneficial. Your strong communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with external stakeholders like investors, bankers, legal advisors, financiers, and internal operational teams to drive the organization's financial success.,
