Certified Salesforce & CPQ Administrator

As a Certified Salesforce & CPQ Administrator at Labcorp, you will be an integral part of the Global Commercial Operations team, responsible for supporting Salesforce, Salesforce RLM, and Conga CPQ applications. Your role involves key responsibilities in the implementation of the Conga CPQ application, collaborating with cross-functional project teams, IT, and end users. Additionally, you will handle Salesforce end user requests and work closely with peers from the Global Commercial Operations team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform daily operations supporting the Configure, Price, Quote Application - Act as a liaison for enhancements and bug fixes - Drive all changes for products within the application - Manage application catalogs and public views within the application - Manage and administer CPQ user access - Perform daily operations of the Salesforce.com system, including: - Setup and maintenance of role-based access via profiles and permissions - Monitor feedback within the system and respond to end-user queries - Serve as the first-line contact for end-users and the Global Commercial Operations team - Coordinate Salesforce.com training programs and identify new features/functionality training needs - Assist with the development and documentation of business and functional requirements - Design and manage flows, new screens, fields, and reports in alignment with the automation strategy - Facilitate and support the Salesforce.com Governance Process for Labcorp - Serve as a super user for the Labcorp CRM system - Establish and maintain relationships with all functional areas using Salesforce.com **Qualifications Required:** - Salesforce Administrator Certification - Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1 - 2-5 years of prior related experience as a Salesforce.com system administrator and Conga CPQ administrator - Experience with Salesforce CPQ/RLM - Experience working with a B2B sales organization **Preferred Qualifications:** - CPQ Product Administration, Level 2 Certification - Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Labcorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages all individuals to apply.
