Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks for multiple clients across various industries Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses Support audit and assurance engagements Maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records Communicate directly with clients to resolve inquiries and provide financial insights Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
