Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Coder at SCALE Healthcare, located in the Mohali district. The Certified Medical Coder will be responsible for assigning diagnostic and procedural codes to patient records, ensuring accurate reimbursement, and maintaining patient confidentiality and information security.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience and RHIT certification
• Strong understanding of Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
• Proficiency in Medical Coding
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Experience with medical billing software
• Associate's degree in Health Information Management or related field
