We have an exciting opportunity with one of the Executive Search firm - Mumbai Role: CEO_ Executive Search Firm Experience: 15-20 years Qualification: Post Graduate Job Location: Mumbai, Andheri West About the Company: We are a new Executive Search firm focused on C-Suite and CXO-level hiring across industry sectors. Backed by committed investors, we aim to build a respected, high-impact search business. We are now looking for a seasoned leader to drive this vision and scale the firm from the ground up Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the short and long-term vision, strategy, and business plan for the firm. Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients across sectors; drive business acquisition and revenue growth. Leadership Hiring Expertise: Lead and oversee end-to-end CXO and C-suite executive search mandates across industries. Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of consultants, researchers, and support staff. Operations Management: Set up operational processes, systems, and technology platforms to support scalable and efficient delivery. Brand Development: Establish a strong industry presence and reputation through thought leadership, networking, and marketing initiatives. Stakeholder Reporting: Report directly to the founder/investor; provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: 15–20+ years of experience in Executive Search , Leadership Hiring , or HR Advisory , preferably with a well-known search or recruitment firm. Proven track record of handling senior leadership (CXO/C-suite) mandates across multiple sectors. Strong industry network and client relationships at the senior-most levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from scratch. Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
