Job Description: As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CID department in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading the division and handling P&L responsibilities. Your role will involve technical expertise in IIoT, digital communication protocols, cloud computing, and industrial automation using PLC/HMI/SCADA. Additionally, you will lead sales and marketing activities, engage in effective communication with business leaders, and manage the technical and sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate technical expertise in IIoT, digital communication protocols, cloud computing, and industrial automation using PLC/HMI/SCADA. - Lead sales and marketing activities personally, engaging in clear written and spoken communication. - Handle P&L responsibilities of the division. - Administer the technical and sales team, interacting with the back office for financial and commercial matters. - Utilize computer skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics (BE/B.Tech). - 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field. - Knowledge of embedded electronics, firmware, Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS), and analytics will be an added advantage.,
